you are already doing the best thing to lose baby weight- BREASTFEEDING! Go you! It does take a little time so be patient (i started dropping weight when my daughter was 4 mths, and i mean DROPPING). aside from that, any sort of cardio activity you can do (bikes are great!) for a few (10-15) mins a day when ever you can is a great way to lose fat. just be sure to stay hydrated and don’t slump on calories, your baby needs you to eat and drink
and toning exercises will help to put all the yucky parts back into place. be patient it will all go back to where it should be
