ok well i’m 5′ 4″
and weigh btwn 113- 117 pounds.
and my waist is btwn 32-33 inches
i think that’s fat, but my friends doesn’t think so and they think i look pretty skinny. (with my clothes on, which does make a difference)
but they don’t see my stomach.
i think it’s huge!!

but is it? like by the very few info i provided. is it?

also i’m going to a pool party in two weeks, and i lost like 30lbs since last year, so i till have the stretch marks… well it’s notexactly there anymore, it’s healed but you can see it..

well does anyone know how to get rid of it?
and since it’s the first time i’ gonna wear a bikini (used to be huge meaning no bikini) so is it weird to have the light stretch marks on so it that weird?
and my thighs lightly touch when i walk…..just barely touching but still does…is that weird?
or shouldi just forget about the whole thing and not go to the party?
sorry i know there’s alot of weird questions but please answer it….

If you don’t feel comforable wearing a bikini just wear a long tank top over it and swim in that. No one is going to force you to take it off. Everyone has their own flaws they are worried about.

hi icon smile HELPP!!!! I Want To Lose Weight!!!? i’m a girl and i’m 14.
so its not that i’m fat but i have a little flab on my stomach that i want to get rid of and my thighs are huge with fat and i have stretch marks on them plus my butt is really fatty as well. so i plan to start this plan tomorrow and do it everyday.. i just want to tone my body and possibly get abs.

2 mile run
2 mile bike ride
2 sets of 30 second:
crunches
cycle crunches (idk what its callled)
side crunches
v-ups
6 inches
flutter kicks
superman(on stomach)
leg lifts
plank(until i can’t do it anymore)

ok so what will this plan do for my body and how long until i see the results.
is there anything else i can do to get the results i want? and what should my diet consist of (break,lunch,supper)?

p.s please don’t say i won’t be able to do this..
i ran distance in track and did cross before.

you can achieve it if you stick with it also you may try p90x it works very well when it comes to getting into shape

i have stretch marks on my upper thighs, and behind my knees…and you can see cellulite…..does anyone know how to get rid of cellulite in your stomach and legs….any work outs i can do to improve this? and improve my weight loss?

drink plenty of water..water helps u get rid of celliulite..and helps lose weight fast (even 5 pounds in 1 week!!)..
best exercise: walking!!

I’m 19 years old & 39 weeks pregnant. Originally I weight about 113 pounds & now I’m up to 155. Everyone says that I’m all belly and that I haven’t gotten bigger in any other area than my stomach & breasts. I tried on jeans today, just to see how far I could get them up and I couldn’t get them past my hips. I know that your hips spread during pregnancy & child birth, but do they go back to their normal size eventually? I feel so selfish asking these kinds of questions, although I’m sure a lot of girls have the same ones. Also, any tips on stretch marks & how to get rid of them, or atleast make them less noticeable?

for stretch marks: DO NOT SCRATCH. apply lotion every night, twice a day if you can, on your belly. that’s what I did and I don’t have any.

I gained about 70 pounds during my pregnancy and almost all of it stayed on after birth, I have a 2 month old baby and dont have any time to go to the gym, I breastfeed and eat carefully but I still have lots of fat all over my body, especially my legs and butt. I just bought an excersize bike but dont know how much it will help. Are there any suggestions on what I could do to get rid of this weight, I was soo thin before and now my body is so out of shape and has layers of fat hanging from everywhere. I had a c-section so my stomach is saggy too.. Stretch marks on my legs and sides.

LOL!!!! No wonder your avatar has such a sad look on her face! It’s your fault for eating every last piece of food in the fridge. You have endless stretch marks! Just deal with it. You caused it!

Dear Derya,

Have no fear, it happens to many women having babies icon smile Trying to lose weight after giving birth?

Ok it seems like you know what to eat, so when that is right, you need to look at the other part which is exercise. You even have a bike – that’s awesome!

Now before you do anything else, make peace with yourself and your body knowing that everything will change to the better from now on.

Ok, give yourself 20 minutes everyday where you get on the bike and just workout as best as you can for 20 minutes. Don’t push yourself too much, listen to your body and when you feel that you can give more (and you will) then do that. Just increase the intensity and/or the length that you are on the bike. Keep doing this – just be patient -it is well worth it. Remember to drink enough water as well..

Good luck and congratulations on being a mom!

I dont know how to explain my problem so you guys can really understand how I feel. I feel really doomed. I apologize for any spelling mistakes because I am not originally from the US.

I came to the United States when I was 21 and I was a little over weight. I started exercising and going to the gym. I had already started doing it in my country because I had been much heavier before and I had completely changed myself and the way I look. I was really scared that in this country I will gain it back because my first job was in a fast food restaurant. As I said I was a little overweight when I came to US but that was not the biggest problem the problem was all that extra skin after the weight loss back in my country my stomach, my thighs.

I was really hoping the extra skin would go away with a lot of exercises but it didnt happen. When dressed I look like a completely normal guy and I would say that I am good looking and attractive. My stomach is loose with stretch marks and that is so gross. I never go to the pool or the beach. I never undress myself in front of people. The worst part is when I like somebody and I know that I am not gonna have her or him or I know that somebody else likes me. I dont like when somebody touches me because they may find out that my belly is not that tight. Its been 5 years now. At one point during that time I was really in love with a couple of guys and one girl but because I couldnt bring myself to normal I didnt do nothing to be with them and I felt so depressed that I gained weight back and lost it again.
I am 26 now and I look normal except the loose skin. Ive recently started exercising a lot again and I have been doing some research on some expensive tightening creams online but how many bottles would I need to use get rid of all the skin? or Surgery but thats probably gonna cost thousands of dollars to fix the parts of my body I want and I cant afford it at the moment.
I am a handsome guy and everybody says how cute I am but they dont know that I am the unhappiest person in the world. I feel like my youth is flying away. But the worst feeling of everything is I am still virgin.

Okay. Im 13 and I weight 140.Im also 5″2.but my stomach area is fine. But my legs are the worse part of my body. I have stretch marks on them.and they are 22 inches.
