I HAVE THAT TOO icon sad WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!? help? I dont think there is a way you can get cream to make them lighter but they wont ever go away…sorry

I am 14 and i have an anoying bit of weight on my stomach and thighs. My arms, face, chin, calves and bum are slim.
How can i lose weight from these areas safely? What exercises are good for these areas? Also on the tops of my thighs are these weird small purple lines, but there not stretch marks, how do i get rid of them?

Leg crunches (or squats), & sit-ups. The purple lines could be blood vessels that were suspended in a fat layer, & are now exposed between the muscle & skin — as the skin shrinks, it should thicken a bit. This should make the lines less visible.

I dont know how to explain my problem so you guys can really understand how I feel. I feel really doomed. I apologize for any spelling mistakes because I am not originally from the US.

I came to the United States when I was 21 and I was a little over weight. I started exercising and going to the gym. I had already started doing it in my country because I had been much heavier before and I had completely changed myself and the way I look. I was really scared that in this country I will gain it back because my first job was in a fast food restaurant. As I said I was a little overweight when I came to US but that was not the biggest problem the problem was all that extra skin after the weight loss back in my country my stomach, my thighs.

I was really hoping the extra skin would go away with a lot of exercises but it didnt happen. When dressed I look like a completely normal guy and I would say that I am good looking and attractive. My stomach is loose with stretch marks and that is so gross. I never go to the pool or the beach. I never undress myself in front of people. The worst part is when I like somebody and I know that I am not gonna have her or him or I know that somebody else likes me. I dont like when somebody touches me because they may find out that my belly is not that tight. Its been 5 years now. At one point during that time I was really in love with a couple of guys and one girl but because I couldnt bring myself to normal I didnt do nothing to be with them and I felt so depressed that I gained weight back and lost it again.
I am 26 now and I look normal except the loose skin. Ive recently started exercising a lot again and I have been doing some research on some expensive tightening creams online but how many bottles would I need to use get rid of all the skin? or Surgery but thats probably gonna cost thousands of dollars to fix the parts of my body I want and I cant afford it at the moment.
I am a handsome guy and everybody says how cute I am but they dont know that I am the unhappiest person in the world. I feel like my youth is flying away. But the worst feeling of everything is I am still virgin.

you can lose about 5 lbs in a month but its safe to lose 1 pound a week. do get rid of alot of fat do alot of cardio and eat right.

Limit these things:
1) Breads
2) Sweets
3) Sodas (Drink LOTS of water!)
4) Potatoes, fries, rice, white breads, and corn.

Do exercises that cause you to sweat for 30 minutes to an hour daily.
In everything that you do, do it with moderation. Do not deny yourself anything because your body will crave what you are denying it to have. So you can have anything but the things that can put weight on you faster, you need to eat in moderation. That way you won’t be craving things you have decided to deny yourself of.

im 21 I had a baby 7 months ago….i was told by my midwife when i was 37 weeks that my stomach was as big as it could get. I now have horrible stretch marks everywhere!=’( there all over my stomach, my hips, lower back and thighs, I hate them sooo much. Im now considering to have a tummy tuck to get rid of the stretch marks as ive read this is the best method to get rid of them (i know this will only sort out the ones on my stomach), ive tried loads of creams and although i know over time that they will fade, my skin wont look the same due to how deep there are. Do you think tummy tuck is my best solution? any suggestion on how to get rid of the other stretch marks? any advice is really appreciated

my wife had severe stretch marks. if your tummy is pouchy, and you aren,t fat, a tummy tuck may be the only solution. they are expensive, and the recovery time is painful. you have a baby. who will handle the baby while you cannot? stretch marks usually fade after about a year, but never completely go away.

no salt no fat no sugar no dairy smaller portions walk everyday for 30 mins do crunches get yourself a foreman grill and cook all your food on that. steam all your vegetables. microwave your potatoes drink lots of water dont ever eat fast food do it now you sound young- its only going to get worse if you don’t address it now

Research has showed that due to the frail pelvic floor ligaments women suffer from stretch marks. This can be corrected by doing pelvic floor exercises to avoid any incontinence of urine. Bodybuilders also get stretch marks due rapid growth of their body similar to pregnant women.

Remedial measures for stretch marks

- Applying collagen creams, even though its benefits are still unclear so check it up with your doctor before applying any lotions

-Cocoa butter creams are said to do wonders to your skin as it softens scars

-Applying olive oil and Vitamin E oil which would help in getting rid of the stretch marks

-Mixture of 1/2 cup virgin oil, 1/4 cup aloe Vera gel including liquid of 6 Vitamin E capsules and liquid from 4 Vitamin A capsules mix then together and store it in the fridge to be applied daily

-Have a healthy diet which has plenty of protein and is rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin E, which helps in tissue growth

-Mixture of any carrier oils like avocado, sweet almond, jojoba mixed with drops of lavender and few drops of chamomile can still do wonders on your skin

-Massaging your body with most of these oils would tone your body making it more supple and soft

-There is lazer treatment which can be done when they are still sore and red

-Surgery is also another option given to remove those stretch marks

Stretch marks are a common condition that plagues almost all women who have gone through pregnancy. In fact, statistics show that around 50 up to 90 percent of pregnant women have had it at one point in their pregnancy.

Stretch marks are most noticeable during their early stages of formation, but as time goes by they will slowly fade away in color and turn into a few shades lighter than the surrounding skin tone.

For instance, if your sister or mother got them during their pregnancy, youll be likely to have them yourself. Aside from genetic predisposition, other risk factors for stretch marks include the following:

- Nutrition intake the proper diet will make the skin healthy and help it stretch better.

- Overall skin health dry skin is generally less elastic than firm and supple skin.

- Proportion of weight gain this also includes how rapidly you gained weight.

- Pregnancy concerns this includes whether you are having a big baby, or have twins or triplets and whether you are naturally small or if you have excessive amounts weight gain.

Practicing preventive measures will help a lot in minimizing the number and severity of marks that youll develop during and after childbirth. Keeping your skin well-hydrated before or at the start of your pregnancy will help you avoid stretch marks. Using creams and other moisturizing products will also help. You should also eat right and exercise to avoid excessive weight changes and keep your skin toned.
