I have suddenly gained lots of weight, i’m a virgin but i have a pregnancy bump and my stomach feels strange, the only way i can describe it is like the feeling of stretch marks but below the skin. I was due on my period around 2 days ago but haven’t come on my mother says that i could be swollen and look pregnant because i’m due on, is this right? I’m 16 and cannot stop thinking about this, please help me icon sad Q&A: I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms but Im a virgin, please help this is all I cant think about? What could it be? and how do i get rid of it?!

hi icon smile Q&A: What Will This Exercise Plan Do For ME?! =] please help? i’m a girl and i’m 14.
so its not that i’m fat but i have a little flab on my stomach that i want to get rid of and my thighs are huge with fat and i have stretch marks on them plus my butt is really fatty as well. so i plan to start this plan tomorrow and do it everyday.. i just want to tone my body and possibly get abs.

2 mile run
2 mile bike ride
2 sets of 30 second:
crunches
cycle crunches (idk what its callled)
side crunches
v-ups
6 inches
flutter kicks
superman(on stomach)
plank(until i can’t do it anymore)

ok so what will this plan do for my body and how long until i see the results.
is there anything else i can do to get the results i want?

p.s please don’t say i won’t be able to do this..
i ran distance in track and did cross before.

That sounds good, but you’re going to need to make sure you’re eating right too. Your workout is only 20-30%, and your diet is the remaining 70-80%, so if you’re diet’s crap then you’re not going to see results near as fast, if at all. Good luck!

yeah but you also need to focus on what you eat.
a good tip would be to drink as much water as you can and eliminate all carbohydrated/sugery drinks.

I’m starting a new college outside glasgow i stay inside glasgow no one i know is going.
This is like a fresh start for me i’m nervous i want a boyfriend but i’m scared i’m Still a virgin i don’t want to break it till i’m 18 my promise to myself.

first of all you will get into the routine as soon as you get there dont’ worry everyone there is certainily just as scared as you are. take you time and you will meet plenty of people . you dont’ have to get out sex sure there are guys who would like to have sex but oh well its your choice not theirs keep up how you think its your body not theirs.
as for losing weight you need to take deep breaths and move and move on. you can do sit ups in the early morning hours befor class and do jumping jacks to help that rest. if you do it every day I think you will lose weight and be ok. take care.

I recently had a baby and was very fortunate to not get stretch marks on my stomach. I was 95lbs before I got pregnant and had a REALLY good body. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy (most of it was at the end water weight) and I have since lost almost all my weight 107 at just 16 weeks postpartum. What bothers me though is my breasts. I used to have very nice, perky, breasts size 32C. During pregnancy they grew to a size 36E! I couldn’t believe how unproportinate they were on my small frame it was awful but thankfully my belly grew so big that it canceled them out. Well, after I had my baby girl, I breastfed and they got EVEN BIGGER, until I unfortunatly had to stop breastfeeding and my breats shrank to a size 36C. Now I am left with SAGGY boobs that sit way far apart, and the worst part about it is they have BAD stretch marks on the sides and underneath my breasts. I am so insecure! I absolutely hate them. I went from being so happy with my body to so unhappy with my body well, mainly my breasts. Would plastic surgery help this? Will it get rid of stretchmarks? What type of surgery? Im just looking for information. Im actually not going to have surgery until Im done having kids but I know for sure that I want to fix my body when all is said and done. My husband says he is supportive if it will make me feel better about my breasts although he loves them still.

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

boob sagging is normal after childbirth. if you’re finished having children and this issue really bothers you then talk to a plastic surgeon about what type of breast implants would be right for you. (implants take care of the sagging)

the reason I say wait until you’re finished w/ childbirth is because you’ll have the same issue if you have the boob job now and give birth later. your breasts will still grow during pregnancy and they will sag after you’ve finished breast feeding, even with the implants.

breast augmentation won’t get rid of stretch marks. But coco butter or vitamin e oil or mederma will lessen the appearance of stretch marks and I think that there is now a type of laser treatment for minimizing stretch marks.

Limit these things:
1) Breads
2) Sweets
3) Sodas (Drink LOTS of water!)
4) Potatoes, fries, rice, white breads, and corn.

Do exercises that cause you to sweat for 30 minutes to an hour daily.
In everything that you do, do it with moderation. Do not deny yourself anything because your body will crave what you are denying it to have. So you can have anything but the things that can put weight on you faster, you need to eat in moderation. That way you won’t be craving things you have decided to deny yourself of.

no salt no fat no sugar no dairy smaller portions walk everyday for 30 mins do crunches get yourself a foreman grill and cook all your food on that. steam all your vegetables. microwave your potatoes drink lots of water dont ever eat fast food do it now you sound young- its only going to get worse if you don’t address it now
