I suffer a lot with dry skin, especially during the cold winter months, my skin goes really flaky and lives on the top surface of my skin and does not look attractive at all!

I tried so many products that would get rid of dry skin and most important to prevent it from coming back.

Thats when I discovered a product called Bio-Oil. not only does it take away dry skin it also reduces stretch marks, evens skin tone and reduces scars. whilst leaving your skin looking lovely and smooth and radiant

the best thing to do is use it before you get in the shower/bath and after you have body brushed as sometimes water can cause dry skin by drawing out all the natural oils in your skin but Bio-oil locks in all the moisture. i then put bio-oil on me after getting out of the bath/shower before towel drying myself. if you suffer from very very dry skin then maybe use bio-oil before going to bed at night as it does not feel horrible and greasy once applied. it smells nice as well as have many uses. it really is a great product id recommend it to anyone.

Another way to get rid of dry skin is to use a really thick moisturizer or to possibly use a moisturizer thats for babies as that has ingredients in the product that keeps skin soft. make sure you exfoliate at least once a week on your face and body as you may think you have dry skin but it could be where you need to exfoliate!

Sometimes if you shower more than once a day that can make your skin dry out as the water could be drawing out all the natural body oils and showering to much could be the cause, so maybe shower/bath once a day and not be too rough when towel drying yourself just dab yourself with the towel or if you can just leave the water to soak into your skin thats always a good idea if you cannot afford all these products that say they are the next best thing!

If you don’t have a budget then body wraps at a good salon would be a good way to go, products are applied to the skin with a massage which is good to stimulate circulation which could be a cause of dry skin, and then your wrapped in an insulated blanket for about half an hour at the most and then once removed your skin feels so silky and soft and doing that once a month could help improve circulation which could also get rid of any cellulite and stretch marks as well as dry skin and prevent it from coming back.

Getting rid of stretch marks can be a slow process and it can be difficult to choose the right method for you when there are so many options to getting rid of stretch marks. The main methods used for stretch mark removal are home remedies, lazer surgery or a stretch mark cream

Natural home remedies for stretch marks is the first thing that people may use for getting rid of stretch marks because they are the least expensive to try. Coco butter, applied to the skin as a lotion, is the most popular home remedy. Lemon juice and gotu kola can also be applied to the skin. For women with light stretch marks, home remedies can be a good alternative. However, these home remedies will only fade them not eliminate stretch marks.

If you have several stretch marks or you don’t want to wait for them to fade, you should try a cream or a surgery.
Using a cream or lotion is what most people prefer. Compared to surgery, it is inexpensive and, of course, painless.
There are many creams on the market to choose from today. How well each one works will depend not only on the cream, but on your body as well.

To see how they work check the ingredients. The most effective ones will be based on alpha hydroxyl acid (AHA), retinoid, or salicylic acid. Since creams and lotions are specially formulated, they work more quickly than natural remedies, but don’t expect results overnight.

You can get rid of stretch marks through a number of surgeries. The most popular is Lazer surgery. Lasers are used to remove the top layer of skin. Other surgery methods are dermabrasion or microdermabrasion. Like lazer surgery, these options remove the top layer of skin. Instead of a laser, a fine blade is used. Surgery is often considered the last resort. Apart from being painful, it is expensive and unpreactical if you have lots of stretch marks.

Getting rid of stretch marks is achievable, you need to choose the best treatment for your budget and lifestyle.
