    Hi,

Traditional fat burning exercise programs typically don’t even mention strength training workouts in their instructions because most trainers and clients don’t understand how strength training will help fat loss. Even if your fat loss program does recommend strength training, it’s likely that you’ve been told to use the ineffective and outdated method of high reps and low weight (which does NOT burn fat!).

If you want to maximize your metabolism, and get defined arms, 6-pack abs, and a flat stomach, then you must include strength training in your fat loss workout exercises. High intensity strength training muscle exercise helps protect your lean muscle mass, which you are almost certain to lose on traditional starvation diet and slow cardio exercise programs

Just 12 weeks ago, I was overweight, unfit, unhealthy, lethagic, smoking, depressed because of it all, and yet only contemplating doing something about it, but that seemed like too much effort. To tell you the truth, I am being overweight to the point where I had become anti-social and a little depressed, not even wanting to visit old time friends, go out socially or even to church meetings, or even visit relatives.

Then a work collegue told me about a program that he had just completed, and the results were evident with him. In 30 days he had lost over 30lbs, toned up really well, and looked very healthy. In the past I have tried gym programs that worked to a point, but they were all so time consuming and costly and the results took a long time to show forth. So his testimony was enough to inspire me to see if it really worked like he said it did.

My life has totally transformed because of this program, and my only hope is that I can encourage many others to also improve their quality of life by taking on the same challenge. I recommend this workout to you because it’s affordable although run by a celebrity trainer who reveals a rapid fat loss system previously only available to movie stars, professional athletes and fitness models. So from what I gather you are more concerned with the actual stretch marks than tummy fat.

My sister had a similar issue, after giving birth to her daughter, her stomach was filed with extremely deep stretch marks, her being a little tan her stretch marks on her tummy were very visible. After a year or so she decided to have a tummy tuck.

In my opinion, its not the best choice.. A tummy tuck is suppose to tuck in your tummy, Meaning it is not performing miracles on stretch marks. The doctor will cut some skin and fat off of your tummy and raise and stretch skin to cover it back up. meaning the you will still have stretch marks in the end.

My sisters stomach after the tummy tuck, looked the same, stretch mark wise. I highly recommend going to a doctor and maybe seeing what other options you have, I believe there is a laser treatment now that helps reduce the visibility of the stretch mark, but it doesnt guarantee for them to disapear..

    Hope this helps

David gave good advice. I dont’ think you should because you are so young still you may want more children, you may not think so now but you never know. You do not want to go thru to many surgeries. It is not healthy to do that. You end up with scar tissue and who knows what complications could arise from that.
Like David says the recovery time would be extensive, who would care for the baby. You might not properly heal because of this.
Reallly think it through. I understand not wanting stretch marks, give it time. They will fade.
