how to fade stretch marks
First, the risk of diabetes is the most critical. Avoiding concentrated sweets and caloric control is imperative! The American Diabetes Association (http://www.diabetes.org/home.jsp) has guidelines that help.
Second, it sounds like you could benefit from some support on this issue. Weight Watchers (http://enter.weightwatchers.com/1033/OF_Ad_Landing.html) has a great supportive network to help you deal with all of the issues of dieting, exercising, and the lack of self esteem from being overweight.
Last, the flabby skin you refer to is more common in older people, as their skin is less elastic to recover from the weight loss.
Good luck!
It’s okay, ask as much as you need. Yes if you have a low metabolism your body keeps your current weight, not necessarely makes you gain weight.
Eat fresh things such as fruits, avoid white bread, white potatoes, high carbohydrate foods, but still eat some carbs you need them! Few sugar, no sodas, forget that junk. No fast food.
Eat healthy, 6 times a day, small meals.
Eat a healthy breakfast, jogg everyday, stay active!
Good luck.
