how to fade stretch marks
To break it to you as gently as I can, no. It’s mainly related to how tall you are, how elastic your skin is, and how big the baby was. I’m 5’3″ and about 120 lbs. My second baby was 8 1/2 lbs and I have fair skin, the kind that doesn’t exactly snap back. In fact, the thinner I get, the worse my abdomen looks, because it is that loose, crepe-y kind of slack skin. Oh well. If you know you’re done having babies, and it really bothers you, you can look into a tummy tuck.
unfortunately no. you can try to step your cardio, but if it is sagging it is not going to help. Same thing happened to my wife and she opted for surgery after 6 months of hard workouts. good luck
tummy tuck
IDK, but that’s NASTY!!!!
u will need cosmetic surgery, like the movie stars get.
I’m dealing with the same thing- it’s awful, I look like one of those old fat cats that have stomachs that drag on the floor when they walk. =(
I wish I knew what to tell you, I haven’t been able to find anything that helps. I’m looking into surgery at this point.
