The same thing happened to me. I started getting stretch marks on my outer thighs around week 28 and they have spread some since (I’m 32 weeks now). I also have a couple on my breasts, but nothing on my stomach yet. I was putting Palmers Cocoa Oil and Cocoa butter on my stomach religiously since my first trimester since I figured I’d get the stretch marks there. So far, so good for my stomach. The ones on my thighs and breasts snuck up on me. I’m not sure if the oil and lotion would have been able to prevent them. Some women swear by bio-oil and I’ve never tried it but it’s worth a chance.
