    Try this it worked for me you can’t even tell I had them… And its SUPER FAST, faster than anything else PROMISE. Take a warm/hot shower. After you dry off… get a few Vitamin E capsules (oil) cut them open and spread the oil where the stretch marks are and then cover it with some plastic wrap. Get you a heating pad put it over the plastic wrap… I slept with mine over night on a medium-low setting (works best & fast) or you can put it on a high setting for about 30mins-1hr (takes 4 or 5 times in a row/nightly). When your time is up remove the plastic wrap! Viola! Instant results mam! Good luck hope I helped!

    There are many stretch mark creams and treatments avalible…

    Most treatments just allow stretch marks to fade to a bearly visable scar, requiring you treat them as early as possible. Older scars are much harder to treat because they have more skin build up.

    The cheapest creams to fade and prevent stretch marks are…
    Rose Hip Oil
    Cocoa Butter
    Bio Oi

    Try creams and lotions containing…
    Lanolin
    Wheat Germ Oil
    Collagen
    Aloe Vera
    Glycolic Acid
    Emu Oil
    Liposomes

    These will travel deeper into the skin, where the damage really is. Also check how much of the active ingredient is in the product as some brands will have more than others.

    Look out for creams containing water.
    Those are not good to buy, because water just dilutes the product, making them far less effective.
    Its far better to spend a little extra to get something that works really well.

    Just remember that not every product will work for you.
    You might have to try more than one before you find the one that works the best for you individually because everyones skin is different.

    Hope this helps♥

    To make the marks less visible, even out the skin tone on the affected using papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google ‘shopaholic’s bargains’

    * Skin Creams and Lotions – Lotions containing cocoa butter are rumored to not only help reduce stretch marks, but to help prevent them entirely. Any cream or oil that is made specifically for the prevention or treatment of stretch marks will help keep your skin healthy and elastic.

    * Vitamin A, E & C – Supplementing these vitamins may help increase the strength and elasticity of the collagen within your skin and reducing your chance of forming stretch marks.

    * Stay hydrated.

    # Time – Stretch marks, like all types of scarring fade over time.

    # Retin-A (Tretinoin) – 0.1% Tretinoin creams have been shown to significantly reduce the appearance of stretch marks. These creams work best when used on fresh stretch marks. (do not use this is you are currently pregnant though)

    # Exfoliate daily – use a loofah or scrunchy to remove daily.

    # Stretch Mark Creams and Lotions – Using creams and lotions that heal and beautify your skin can reduce the appearance of stretch marks. The following ingredients are widely accepted as beneficial for this purpose:

    * Cocoa butter
    * Rose hip oil
    * Emu oil
    * Jojoba oil
    * Castor oil
    * Shea butter
    * Vitamin A, E & C

    # Vic’s Vapor Rub – Many people have reported success using Vic’s Vapor rub by applying it to a washcloth or paper towel and rubbing it forcefully into the scarred skin on a nightly basis for a few weeks.

    # Increase Circulation – by taking hot baths and massaging the areas regularly.

    # Tanning – Go sunbathing! Tanning can diminish and even eliminate minor stretch marks. Be sure to use sun screen.

    # Vitamin E Gel – Break open vitamin E capsules and rub the oil into the skin over the stretch marks daily for 2 weeks

    Vitamin D and E, rubbed on to the skin where the marks are. You can just get a liquid filled capsule of it, break it open on to the mark and rub it in.

    I think doctors are keener on D than E, but sources suggest both, and the doses are such that the risks of using them both are minimal.

    Apparently a surgeon used vitamin D and advising his patients his patients to keep wounds out of the sun (UV makes scarring worse) and had about half the scarring of other surgeons at his hospital.

    The red marks will go, but they may turn silvery white, at which point it is usually too late to do anything. If you keep them out of the sun and use the vitamins rubbed in, the scarring will not be anywhere near as bad.

    If they go silver, there may be some expensive laser treatments. The NHS won’t pay for them in the UK unless they are causing serious psychological problems, and I think most American health insurers will take the same line.

    If you are really distressed about them, go and see your doctor about them now, they are much easier to deal with while they are still red.

    Get the vitamin capsules from your local pharmacy (chemists/ drug store). Ask to see the pharmacist and ask them what type is best and what is a safe level to use. I wouldn’t worry very much about overdosing, it is quite hard to overdose on vitamins, but better safe than sorry. Make sure you get a oil or gel filled capsule so it can be rubbed in, which is much more effective than taking it orally because when you rub it in it all goes to the area where you apply it.

  9. Danielle says:

  10. Dobie says:

    I”m sorry but I don”t think thats possible however I do know not to get out in the sun when they are knew they will turn red or purple same goes for any new scars .
