    the stretch marks may never go away, but you can try rubbing lotion speficifically for stretch marks, or mederma, or something with vitamin c and e in it.

    like I told you before, I believe, You need to talk to your parents, if your whole family is over weight don’t you want to get back to being healthy as well? its kind of selfish to only want to help yourself, don’t you want them to be healthy too? Your parents may not even realize how healthy you are and they will feel so loved that you are concerned about their health and you want them to be around for when you graduate highschool, college, get married and have kids. It might be the wake up call they need to make a life style change…

    as far as specifically targetting those areas, you can choose the spots you lose fat, you can chooe the spot you gain muscle but the fat will fall off according to your genetics, so don’t get discouraged if you feel your top getting smaller and then your lower, it will come if you stick with it… if you want my advice on what to eat and how to work out, which I also believe I already told you, email me.

    ok the first thing stairs….do u have any? u can run up and down them and it’s really good for ur bum muscles and thighs, squats do about 30 of them a day, lunges (kneel on one leg stand up and kneel on the other) do this about 30 each leg, sit against a wall and hold for as long as u can, u will gradually be able to do it for longer and longer, jumping jacks (jump on the spot) do this for a minute and day, then 2 minutes a day when only one minute is too easy, go for a run…. sit ups, push ups everyday—as many as u can……….try do these axcersies 2-3 times a day

    always eat breakfast!!! and do a workout just before u eat in the morning–it’s the time that burns the most fat…have a good healthy breakfast, try to have about 6 healthy meals during the day instead of 3 big ones, keep ur sugar levels and oil levels to a low…do all this and u should see weight coming off in aout 2 weeks or less/more

    Go to the gym about 4-6 times a week and run! run! run! go for a run outside everyday that should help heaps. but you should also be eating properly too – and healthy. Eat around 1200-1400 calories a day (track them on: http://www.calorieking.com) and have lots of vegies, fruits, lean meats, protein and dietery fibers. Stay as active as you can – join a sport, dance,etc.. mix in your hobbies with exericse.

    And dont even think about going near sodas, junk foods or fast foods or basically the stuff you shouldnt be eating! Also try to stay away from white carbs such as pasta, white bread, white rice, etc. Switch to wholewheat/wholemeal bread, wholewheat pasta and brown rice. You shouldnt be having too much of carbs anyway.

    Good luck ^_^ and dont forget to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day!
